Padma Prasada

Founder - Director

Padma Prasada, often referred to as PP, is the Founder and Executive Director at TechVerve. He leads the product development and BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) division, managing customer relationships with a strong focus on product development and banking solutions.


PP has extensive experience as a Project Manager for various Oracle implementations across Central Banks and Commercial Banks in Africa and India.


PP holds a PMP certificate from PMI, an M.S. in e-commerce from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, and an M.Sc. in Statistics from Mangalore University.

Rahul Pandey

Managing Director

Rahul Pandey is the Managing Director at TechVerve, where he oversees the product development strategy for the utility and banking divisions. With over half a decade of experience, Rahul brings strong domain knowledge and expertise in product development and enterprise product architecture.


Before his current role, Rahul led the integration of enterprise applications in central banks across Africa, focusing on Oracle Fusion Middleware and FLEXCUBE implementations. He holds a B.Tech degree from UP Technical University (Dr. K N Modi Institute of Engineering and Technology)

Dr. Ravindra Shetty is a Director at TechVerve, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. With a Ph.D. in electronics and 24 years of industry experience. Dr. Ravindra Shetty has led several notable projects throughout his extensive career. Here are a few highlights:


Advanced Electronics Systems : Spearheaded the development of advanced electronics systems for various industrial applications, significantly improving efficiency and reliability.


IoT Solutions : Instrumental in developing Internet of Things (IoT) solutions that have been implemented in various sectors, including healthcare, manufacturing, and agriculture, to optimize operations and enhance data-driven decision-making.


Collaborative Research : Collaborated with academic institutions and industry partners on research projects aimed at advancing electronic and communication technologies, resulting in several published papers and patents.
